The HEITS Annual Salary Survey
The HEITS Annual Salary Survey consists of three sections:
- Section I: Institutional Data
- Section II: Management Positions
- Section III: Technical Positions
Higher Education information technology salaries have historically been very different when compared to other market segments. The annual survey collects the data points that are used to produce the report which Human Resources and Information Technology departments rely on.
Position titles play a key factor in the salary of information technology professionals, but titles are not the total measure. In the survey, each position has a an option for entry of an alternate title.
